Backed By Research
Our Scientific Foundation
At Dharma Life Sciences, we bridge the gap between neuroscientific research and practical emotional wellness. Our methodology is built on the principle of neuroplasticity—the brain’s inherent ability to reorganize itself by forming new neural connections. By identifying and balancing core personality traits, we help individuals achieve sustainable emotional health.
Peer-Reviewed Studies & Collaborations
We validate our interventions through rigorous academic partnerships and clinical trials. Our research focuses on measurable outcomes in emotional intelligence and anxiety reduction.
1. Enhancing Emotional Intelligence (EI)
In collaboration with Michigan Technological University Success in personal and professional spheres relies heavily on emotional and social competencies. We conducted a study with 26 leadership students to determine if targeted personality development could improve EI.
-
Methodology: Participants utilized the Dharma Life program to address specific "foundation traits." Progress was measured using the Emotional and Social Competency Inventory (ESCI).
-
Results: The study recorded a 20% to 30% improvement in the participants' weakest emotional competencies.

2. Clinical Reduction in Anxiety Levels
In collaboration with Case Western Reserve University This randomized control trial investigated the efficacy of our app-based and mentor-led program in managing clinical anxiety.
-
Methodology: The study compared an active group using the Dharma Life Program against a control group over a set period.
-
Results: Participants in the Dharma Life Program demonstrated a 63% reduction in anxiety levels, significantly outperforming the control group, which saw only an 11% reduction.
